Engineering

Machining

We offer milling and turning services. We specialise in bespoke, one-off parts and small batches.
We also have capability for repair and reconditioning machining services such as thread repairs and facing gasket surfaces

Welding

We offer welding including MIG and TIG processes on a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
MIG welding is a fast, productive process well suited to general mild steel fabrication where the priorities are efficiency and quality, strong joints.
TIG welding is a much more precise but slower process which allows more control of the weld profile, material deposition and heat input into the part. It is well suited to stainless steel and aluminium applications especially where heat management, and aesthetics are important.

Sheet Metal

3D Printing

We offer an FDM 3D printing service in a variety of materials including: PLA, PETG, ASA/ABS, Flexible TPU. 3D printing is particularly suited to fast, cost-effective prototyping of parts or for production of small batches or rapidly evolving parts due to the process not requiring the up front investment of a mold as would be required in other plastic forming technologies such as injection molding.
3D printing also has the unique advantage of being able to produce geometry that would be impossible or prohibitively expensive using other manufacturing methods

  • Headset and hub bearings regreased or replaced if necessary
  • All inner and outer gear cables are replaced
  • Brake cables are replaced if brakes are cable operated or bled if hydraulic
  • Brake pads are replaced if necessary
